Late arrival
We understand that challenges may present themselves and this may affect your arrival time. Please give the salon a call to notify us of your estimated time of arrival and we will evaluate your stylist's schedule to ensure we are still able to accommodate the full service. Please understand it is not our wish to cancel an appointment however a lateness of 15 minutes or more will create a challenge and you may be asked to reschedule. We cannot disrupt another client's appointment but it is our promise that we will try our very best to accommodate your service.
Cancellation policy
We are now asking guests for at least 48 hour notice before cancelling or rescheduling their appointments. Failure to do so will result in a deposit for all future appointments. Keora Aveda has only recently implemented a cancellation policy to help protect the stylists from loss of income during the covid-19 pandemic. We thank you for your understanding.
• New guests will be required to place a 50% deposit on all colour and cut appointments. Your deposit will be deducted from the full service appointment.
• Existing guests are not required to place a deposit unless a habit of no-showing/cancelling/reschedule with less than 48 hour notice is shown. Then, a 50% deposit is required for your next booking.
• All deposits are non-refundable when a 48 hour notice is not provided prior to rescheduling or cancelling.
Returning product(s)
At Keora we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return the unusued portion for a refund or exchange. If you do not have an active client file, a receipt must be presented.
Redo services
If you are not satisfied with a service, we encourage you to inform the salon manager as soon as possible. Our mission is to make sure our guests are absolutely happy with their results. Any service beyond two weeks may be subject to a charge.
